I have three different options:

FIRST. You can take a group class our schedule is as follow:


Mixed Martial Arts Classes:


MMA Tactical Stand-Up Fighting

Monday: 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm

Tuesday: 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm

Wednesday: 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm

Thursday: 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm


MMA Tactical Submission Ground Fighting

Monday: 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm

Tuesday: 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm

Wednesday: 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm

Thursday: 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm


Tactical Mixed Martial Arts Fighting

Tuesday: 9:30 am - 11:00 am

Thursday: 9:30 am - 11:00 am

Saturday: 10:00 am – 11:30 am


Kettlebell Strength Training Classes:

Monday: 5:00 pm – 5:30 pm

Tuesday: 9:30 am - 10:00 am and 7:00 pm – 7:30 pm

Wednesday: 5:00 pm – 5:30 pm

Thursday: 9:30 am - 10:00 am and 7:00 pm – 7:30 pm

Saturday: 10:00 am – 10:30 am


Xtreme Fighter Workout Classes:

Monday: 7:00 pm – 7:30 pm

Tuesday: 5:00 pm – 5:30 pm

Wednesday: 7:00 pm – 7:30 pm

Thursday:5:00 pm – 5:30 pm


NOTE: On our XF Workouts we incorporate the stability balls, bosu, kettlebells, fit tubes, gymnastic and rock rings, pull-up bars, speed ladder, hurdles, sledge hammer, tornado ball, ab straps, sandbags, tires, sledges and body weight exercises to give you the toughest half hour of your life.



GOLD: $100 a month unlimited MMA, XF Workouts and Kettlebell classes

SILVER: $75 a month unlimited XF Workouts and Kettlebell classes

There is not an initiation fee; we don’t have any contracts and you pay as you go.

NO CASH, NO CHECKS, we only take Debit and Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover) 


SECOND.You can take the Private Class Program whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, improve your overall fitness level or get all the martial art knowledge you need for self-defense for any kind of tournament. Whatever your goal my training program can help you! I can create a cutting edge program designed to get the results you want.

I will assess your individual needs on a one to one basis. This includes consulting you about individual goals, setting up appropriate workout plans, instruction on biomechanical safe exercises, and providing spotting and motivation during sessions. I stay ahead of the scientific curve, evaluating and modifying the latest studies and practices.






Single class: $50

10 Classes: $450 ($45 per class)

20 Classes: $800 ($40 per class)

30 Classes: $1050 ($35 per class)

40 Classes-Best Value: $1200 ($30 per class)






THIRD. I can host a seminar in your Facility, high school, Police academy, Military base, Dojo, Health club, home, etc.
